I'm starting to worry a little about how many things are in the TOC, mostly because calculating them may start to get expensive. The solution, I'd think, would be to let users choose what appears in the TOC under Preferences. Richard
I agree with you, Richard. I took it as an exercize (quite an easy one, yes, but thanks anyway:), and I'd gladly ask you not to commit at all, esp. for the ERT's: there may be too many too small insets, that are easier to find in a well-organized text than in the TOC. What would be next, a list of all A's, B's, C's? Can you consider implementing or rejecting the same thing for InsetListings (they were already anticipated, but forgotten to implement, I guess).
InsetCaption on the other hand has just that small bug, a dot after the colon.
