patch: Bug fixes

This patch fixes few issues with RTL cursor, and also
- Open all floats before spellchecking to enable spellchecking of their
  contents
- Fix the bug where selecting with the mouse some text that ends with a
closed float causes the float to open.

PS: Should I prepare a patch for 1.1.5fix ?
