I've changed the namespace, removed an export macro and changed the copyright
notice as you can see in the patch or in a previous mail.
We should LyXify them... Whatever it means :P
If this are all changes, I wouldn't touch it any more, maybe we update it later,
and if we have changed it there would be too much noise in the diff.
What should I do exactly?
