For LyX 1.6.10 and LyX 2.0.0 I used the same Qt 4.7.3. The only difference is that for LyX 1.6.10 I
used the precompiled Qt for MSVC 2008 offered by Nokia while for LyX 2.0.0 I compiled Qt for MSVC
2010 by myself. So maybe I made another mistake in compiling.
Can you reproduce the problem with your Qt setup in trunk and not in 1.6.x?
