For creating rpm, cmake is OK. For debian-package this creation is still 
lacking corect dependencies,
but maybe some future cpack version take care of it.

With dependecies I mean the package dependencies on other packages or 
libraries. As it is now, we could remove a package lyx depends on,
without the package manager noticing it.
