Because it works ;-).
I also have CMake but cannot see any difference in the compiling speed between CMake and SCons.
SCons has the advantage that I can also remerge po-files. Maybe that is now also possible with
CMake. If so, please tell me how this is dome.
Besides this, should we kill SCons for LyX 2.1 and the 2.0 branch? (I'm not
opposed.)
Until this is not decided I prefer to have a working SCons.
