Sounds like a good idea in general, one which might even strengthen branch's (i.e., branch-20x/stable's) stability. The only concern I have is that this requires that people actively use and test branch (as opposed to trunk and released versions). I am not sure if we have enough (interested) people for this model, but I would be glad to be proven false. Jürgen
