I ended up adding several things in addition to a rather chunky paragraph about toggling, since the manual was missing a few of the choices in the style dialog. Feel free to edit/shorten/correct what I wrote (and to add a justification for wavy underbar if you can think of one). The paragraph about toggling should be indented; whether due to change tracking or my bad karma, I couldn't get it to indent.
