I tried not to make mistake when counting the votes, but since many
people CC-ed to both list some vote may slipped twice or even to different box.
(Never trust statistics you haven't created yourself...)
I counted X-1 for votes "anything except X". Contributor is fuzzy
set for people I can remember to contribute some work for LyX but have
no commit rights.
