OK, I've translated the "LyX: Advanced features" part, maybe in future also the first part (LyX introduction) will be available, but that doesn't depend on me! In the archive there are also the original italian version (why don't publish them too?) and a demo.lyx document I used to make live demos of the features I was talking about. http://ifile.it/qjuxs81/lyx_presentation_it_en.zip Is there a page of the Wiki for such things or should I create a new one?
