The problem is as follows. In InsetInclude::latex, tex_format is set to
"pdflatex", and inc_format to "latex". Later, LyX tries to convert the child
format from latex to pdflatex, for which no converter is defined, hence the
converter returns an error.
I committed a fix, but Julien should review.
