In an-email I got from Leo, he tells me that he got and email from
Carol Smith, Program administrator for the Google Summer of Code
program. She said:

"If your organization was rejected and would like to receive feedback on your
application you can either email me directly or participate in an IRC meeting
on Tuesday, 22 March at 16:00 UTC [2]. This IRC meeting will be held in the
Freenode #gsoc channel.

Anyone wants to pick up the offer? Her email is car...@google.com

Cheers,

Stefano
