i can still see this from time to time. although its hard to obtain
reliable recipy the cause seems to be clear - we call converters machinery
(handleCompletedProcesses) even if file has been already closed.
I had a look at this, but couldn't reproduce it now. This may be because
Qt 4.7 will load so many formats natively that there's no background
conversion happening in the files I'm testing.
