In the xforms documentation it says:
"A nested tabfolder might not work correctly at the moment."
I'm afraid that this is an example of this statement in action. I can even
tell you exactly what is going wrong which is usually 90% of the way to
fixing a bug, but as we don't have the source code...
Moreover, no obvious, simple work around exists and I can't be bothered
coding up something complex for something so small (though irritating, I
agree.)
Attached is a patch to BUGS.lyx documenting the problem.
