do your best. if texrow structure is broken again i'm going to fuddle myself 
from
sorrow and you are responsible! :)

as far as performance bugs is concerned we have worse bugs actually (eg #7138).
i'm still thinking about implementing some timer for outliner before entering 
rc.
like refresh max once per 2s or so...
editing any text with opened outliner on my system is pain and pain. profiling
indicate somewhere deep into qt so this is only solution which i'm able to
think about.
