Anybody. If you resolve a bug and think it is fixed in the relased stable
version, you can set the resolution to fixed. If the bug is still in branch,
use "fixedintrunk", if it's fixed both in branch and trunk, but not yet in the
released stable version, use "fixedintrunk" and "fixedinbranch", and I will
resolve it to fixed as soon as the version is released.
And, if necessary, set the milestone to the next stable version, if you
do mark it "fixedinbranch".
