This is a general problem with LyX right click menus, both in 2.0 and 1.6: as
soon as context-specific items are defined, they erase the default ones, rather
than adding to them. For instance, there isn't even cut/copy/paste in note,
math or character style insets. I agree it would be great if this were changed.
