I read your post before replying and the screenshot I sent was made with r36373.
I'm interested in a screenshot with the latest SVN showing how the broken dialog looks on MacOS. As it works on Windows and Linux, there must be a bug in the Qt ui-file handling and we should report that to Nokia and André to get this fixed in the next Qt 4.7.x release.
