We can't fix the problem with sectioned bibs. I tried, and it's intrinsic
to how they work. (The bbl contains ALL references from the bib file.) So
the real issue is that people who try to export this when they have
multiple or sectioned bibliographies will get essentially no info, just
"Didn't work". But that's a general problem: Converter errors aren't
reported.
at least we could ship the script with the release and let informed people
to configure it - they will know whats going on (or we can push in the menu
something like "export single sectioned bibliography...").
