bug in "buffer-child-insert" dialog

Hi,

The dialog that pops up with "buffer-child-insert"
(currently under "File->Insert->File...") can't be
closed by using the windowmanager's "X" in the upper
right corner of the dialog window.
Clicking on "X" is ignored.

The <Cancel> button works, though.

If this 'old-style' dialog remains with the upcoming
1.1.6 release, it's worth patching the bug.
