stray LyX-files in /tmp ?

Hi,

In addition to the /tmp/.lyx_tmp#### (which is
nicely cleaned up when exiting LyX), I'm building
up quite a lot of stray files in /tmp, such as

file47ZHZd
file4khDB7
file6Z5eWf
[...]

Their contents is that of a LyX-document.

These files remain in place, even after exiting LyX.

Any idea where they come from?
