I like the install commands at the same place, as are the create defintions :(
But yes, it is not consistent yet.
BTW, we need check_function_exists() be defined for the call to
"find_package(ICONV REQUIRED)". But the definition is
not known until "include(ConfigureChecks.cmake)" which includes
CheckFunctionExists.
