Can you reproduce the unexpected behavior reliably? If so, please give
us a recipe. That's not at all what is intended, I don't think.
Also in the navigator I cannot move a section from one file to another, but I
can move it within a file. Is it worth to open a bug report for that?
Yes. I'm not sure how easy that will be to fix.
