new compilation warning

Compiling todays' SVN trunk pops up this warning:

D:\LyXSVN\lyx-devel\src\LyXRC.cpp(289) : warning C4067: unexpected tokens following preprocessor 
directive - expected a newline

Can this be ignored as MAC-specific?
