I looked at that more closely this weekend, truely, the gtkmm-1.1.2
package was not installed. so I installed it in the helix version of
gnome on my suse linux box.
now configure is good, but I got compilation errors, in fact I have no
/opt/gnome/include/gnome-- directory where the lyx gnome frontend try to
search include files. I' ve got gtk-- gdk--but no gnome-- directory.
Could someone who compiled successfully the gnome frontend give the
requirements for that.
