I'll have a look and tell you if any help is needed. I'm off this weekend and therefore had no chance to test on leopard. Maybe I mad a mistake here and did mix the build environments. I looks like the hunspell library was built for 10.6 only... I've struggled with aspell recently and did some experiments with different OSX and cpu architectures. Currently I'm on the way to return to home and will build a complete new .dmg ASAP. @Anders: pdf2 is pdflatex here and works with users guide (german version). Is it pdflatex for you too?
