Since Debian/Lenny shipped with Qt 4.4.3 you must have installed Qt 4.6.2 from some other source and so it's plausible that something got mixed up in between. Have you rebuild the Qt 4.6.2 packages from experimental to replace the 4.4.3 packages from Lenny?
