The CVS version support iso10646-1 screen fonts, so if you set the
screen_font_encoding to iso10646-1, and select appropriate screen fonts, you
will be able to see all 4 languages on screen (see a screenshot at
http://www.math.tau.ac.il/~dekelts/lyx/).
However, due to latex limitations, you cannot mix Russian and Hebrew in the
same paragraph (but it is possible to overcome this limitation).
