Ah sorry, I was not precise enough! No, I was talking about View > PDF
(pdflatex), and I suggested to replace it with (View > Pdf (pdflatex))
+ (File > Export > Pdf (pdflatex) ),
because in this case, it would be pointless to use the "Save as" option
of the default pdf viewer to save the pdf output in the directory of the
LyX source, since it would be already there.
I was analyzing my misbehaviour and asking how to prevent this
misbehaviour : this would have prevented me from making a harmful
manipulation, so this would make LyX more robust (i.e. resistant to
errors of manipulation of users).

that be implemented ? This would allow to use any pdf viewer while
preventing hazardous manipulations like what I did with Foxit.
