I am not sure what you are aiming at..., but I have (in 1.1.6)
reworked how keypresses are caught and handled by lyx, we don't use te
raw_callback anymore and al key handling goes through WorkArea.

Yes, it does. And I think that for 1.1.5 .89 is not advised.
for 1.1.6 .88 might be a problem...(but I don't think so)
