I would like this for "external edit": editing the LyX source with a
text editor of my choice. Maybe an LFUN for this check could be called
via the lyxserver from the external editor?
In any case I would prefer much if
* "File>Revert to saved" could be renamed to "File>Relaod", and
* The current misleading warning
Any changes will be lost. Are you sure you want to revert to the
saved version of the document ...
is replaced by
Reload now? Any local changes will be lost.
(or similar) in case there was an external change.
