You took the third into account that is about both problems using Qt
and re-inventing wheels and the sixth that is about neither?

I guess the real improvement in productivity would come from the fact
that you see your co-workers actually doing something, so the hurdle
to procrastinate becomes higher. Nice social experiment ;-)
