preferences dialog layout

Hi,

I'm running recent CVS 1.1.6 against XForms 0.89
on a Linux RH6.2 PC.

There is a somewhat large additional void space between the
set of buttons (Restore, Save etc.) and the bottom of the dialog.

Is this related to the double layer of tabs in the new
preferences dialog?
