Current branch does not have the menu problem.
By the way, I'm at a couple of conferences until the 6th, so it may
be difficult for me to post a Mac binary promptly, though with what
promises to be a reliable internet connection it should be possible
for me to do it.
In case of difficulties I'm able to produce MacOSX binaries too...
BTW, I've extended Bennetts script a little bit. Now it creates DMGs too.

My attempt to post the script failed. The MIMEDefang-Filter removed it.
An alternative would be to add it to the source tree somewhere below
development/MacOSX perhaps...
