As far as I can tell it is done for all converters, except:
  - DVI: only one converter.
  - Plain text: actually there are two entries, one unlabeled Plain
Text and another Plain Text (ps2ascii).
  - PostScript: only one converter.

For HTML there would be additional clutter only if you have installed
several converters. If you only have e.g. eLyXer all you would get is
a clarification of what converter you are going to use, as HTML
(eLyXer).

Besides, the current scheme assumes that all HTML conversions are done
similarly, in that the copiers to use will always be the same. That
might not be the case always.
