Actually LyX replaces $i by "Intro.lyx", with quotes, so it's not
necessary to add the quotes in the command line.

We just need to document where people are expected to put elyxer.py
(in the scripts folder). Preferably this documentation should be found
both in LyX and in eLyXer. Of course bundling eLyXer is an option, and
I think Uwe is going to do just that in the alt installer.
