Can you then also explain me why this is not using the same code as 
Text3.cpp:outline(OutlineUp).

The two features were developped by two different developpers (Edwin for 
LFUN_PARAGRAPH_MOVE* and Martin for the outine one AFAIR). Laziness 
explains the rest.
