Well, they are in the 'authenticated' group at least :)
Unfortunately, I will not be able to do the same for tickets, if
the same method is used to put spam there.
Isn't it possible to require a valid email address when registering
an account? This will keep us away from spam bots.
As strange as it may seem, there is no code for that. I took a look at
the various plugins without much luck.
What I could do it add a captcha.
