Hum, I guess I forgot to say that I basically don't know html :-)
I think we should consider html like another export and include
exported child documents into the main html. Independently we should
offer the option to split the file by chapters, sections, etc.
Not so fast. I'd prefer a simple and solid exporter to a do-it-all that
will satisfy nobody anyway because it lacks this-and-this option.
Sure, I agree, the option would come in a second phase of course. But,
considering the buffer structure and the document navigation, I think
it's easier to have all in one big file that to split the html for child
documents.
