Yes, this is the remark I made in the other thread about the language
settings. When copying part of a section heading, plain text should
remove the section heading layout, but it doesn't

Yes, this is unexplainable.

I can copy an image from e.g. paint, and paste it in LyX with Paste, but
not with Plain Text. Well, this is not a very exciting feature.

To make it more troubling: Plain Text and Join Lines pasting, does not
overwrite an existing selection. Why ? Don't ask me.

I think these things aren't very hard to fix.. So.. Feel free :).
