Ugh! I worry about free beer software. My main reason for liking free software
isn't necessarily cost savings -- it's knowing the software police can bust
into my house, go through all my computers, and I'll come out clean. No
license tracking hassles, no licence conformance. If I like the product I can
give it to a few thousand of my best friends and customers. And if the
software stops being offered, I can take the last version and keep
maintaining it if I have the ability or if I can find others with the ability
and desire.

So, anyone know of a real, honest to goodness free software C++ compiler on
Windows? Is there by any chance a gcc for Windows?

Thanks
