(in LFUN_OUTLINE_DOWN). The function that copy/pastes the inset
does not use the normal cut and paste code (as Abdel indicated in
the thread about the outline context menu). Therefore, the buffer
of the inset is not set.
I was unable to reproduce this. I'm attaching the file as I had it.
