PayPal is easy to use. You can use a credit card, if you like. Just
click on the button there, and that should take you to a page where you
can enter your details. You don't have to set up an account for
yourself, I don't think, but if you do, then you just "link" the PayPal
account to your credit card, or to a bank account, or what have you, and
everything happens pretty much automagically. E.g, you pay someone with
PayPal, it takes the money from whatever other account you want it to
take it from, and send it to that person's PayPal account.
