i won't be able to typeset a single utf document here not to speak about the mixture with ulem... > Just a thought from me since I don't have the time to test it myself. i'm well aware about this discussion from past. i used ulem because of this http://www.mail-archive.com/lyx-devel@lists.lyx.org/msg150743.html but we can change to soulutf if it is needed for utf8. maybe somebody working with hebrew could give a short try with a current trunk? it could also solve the problem with the citations, dunno. pavel
