This is wanted, I think. At least if you are reporting a bug and you're
not too used to using trac. It is nice to get a confirmation with a link
to the bug you just reported for future reference. By the way, this was
the default of bugzilla too.
(I don't know whether it is possible to customize the settings)
I'd like to see that 'normal' users of trac can't set or change the
milestone and/or keywords.
