Hi!
Environment: Lyx 1.1.5 dated 6/6/2000 with SuSE linux 6.4 and
KDE 1.1.2 window manager.
Noticed the following behaviour:
1. Open math/math panel and then
2. Click once one of the 6 choice boxes for special characters so that
another window pops open, say, the Greek letters.
3. At this point change to another desktop and wee, the
Greek letters window (but not the math panel) is still there.
4. At this other desktop choose, say alpha, and the window disappears
5. Switch back to Lyx desktop and find the alpha added in your document
text.
Is this intended or a "by-product" of some kind?
