How can I do that ? The color is not put into the LyX file, so lyx2lyx
can't do anything for me.
This is the same as for shaded notes, see bug:

I don't see how this is simply solved. What happens if we add the color
to the LyX file and someone else opens the file. Should the color from
the lyx file be used or the color from his preferences ?
