Sorry for being a bit slack about this, lots of work intruding.
Anyhow, regardless of what we end up doing later:
The subversion server at aussie will be switched into read-only mode about
midnight CET 20/21 march. (yes less than 24 hours)
When the next backup round goes I will use that to update the server at
lyx.lyx.org, after tiny bit of verification I will make that live.
(Change to make it writable, change over dns. etc.)
NB! Action point:
What I need current lyx developer with commits rights to do, is to send me a
mail with a suggested password.
This password will be stored in the clear at your own computer when
accessing the repo, and also at the server.
(Proper file permissions of course.)
(If we deem this method of doing svn accounts unsatisfactory, we can switch
to another scheme later.)
If you do not currently have commits rights do not bother to send me a mail
regarding this.
