Are these packages usable for distributions?
I am using the packages without problems. But we will have to test them on machines which are not "fully packaged". There are no dependencies configured yet. And there is one quirk in creating a zip-file. Calling cpack -G ZIP --config CPackConfig.cmake in the build-directory will create here "lyx-2.0.1-Linux.zip". So far so good. But the listing unzip -l lyx-2.0.1-Linux.zip shows a problem. The filepath's are prepended with "lyx-2.0.1-Linux", e.g. lyx-2.0.1-Linux/usr/local/share/lyx2.0/doc/da/Intro.lyx I will investigate on this issue. > > - tar.gz for UNIXes > > - Windows installer using NSYS > > - Whatever installation package for Mac. > > > > If CMake is to supplant scons on the Windows side, Windows installer is > > the top priority IMHO. > > > > Abdel.
