Any input is highly appreciated. There is some ongoing discussion about the correct approach between Jean-Marc and myself. I have posted a tentative patch that will probably solve all these issues (but is only a workaround), Jean- Marc posted an alternative patch only for one specific case (which is also only a workaround IMHO). The correct fix still needs to be found. As elaborated here http://bugzilla.lyx.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5666#c12 I think that we uncorrectly reset Row().x in ParagraphMetrics, but cannot put my finger on the spot. Maybe you are more lucky? Jürgen PS.: we have 11 confirmed critical bugs for branch now. I won't have much time to investigate ATM, but I do not intend to release 1.6.2 in such a shape either.
